Help: Premium Subscriptions and Billing



How can I cancel my Premium subscription?

If there is a problem with your subscription or you are unhappy with the service, please call us toll free at 888-722-5235, or write to us at customerservice@projectconnections.com; we'll work hard to make you a satisfied customer.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, there are two ways you can proceed:

1. Go to the Members page of the site when logged in to your Premium account and click the Cancel your Premium subscription link. Please note this is a two-click process, and you should receive a an automatic notice of cancellation after you're finished. If you have any concerns about whether you've cancelled successfully, please contact us by email or call us toll-free at 888-722-5235.

2. Call us toll free at 888-722-5235. Our customer support staff is on call to help you from 7am to 5pm Pacific Monday through Friday.

Once you cancel, your subscription will expire naturally at the end of your current billing period, and your card will not be charged again. If you cancel during your free trial period (before the "Next Billing Date" listed on your subscription confirmation page and in the email you received after subscribing) your Premium access will expire immediately, and you will never be billed.

Note that while we will honor cancellations received via email, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected emails. To insure your account is cancelled successfully, please either use the website or call our toll-free number. If you email us requesting subscription cancellation and do not receive confirmation, please call us at 888-722-5235 to confirm your cancellation.

Will ProjectConnections notify me before my subscription is renewed?

As a courtesy, we do issue email notices for annual subscriptions before they are renewed. We do not issue renewal notices for monthly subscriptions, or for the first billing following a free trial period. You can always check your next billing date using the Subscription Status page (available from the My Account page when you are logged in), or contact us if you have questions about your account.

Can I get receipts for my subscription charges?

When you place an order with ProjectConnections, the order confirmation page serves as a receipt for your purchase. In addition, an email is sent to the registration and subscription addresses on file for your account. If you need receipts for individual billings, just email us at customerservice@projectconnections.com or call us at 888-722-5235. It only takes a minute to confirm the email address and set it up. Receipts begin with the next billing following your request. If you need receipts for previous billings, just ask; we'll be happy to provide those, too.

Please make sure you can receive emails from customerservice@projectconnections.com to be sure you'll get your automated receipts. You may need to whitelist our domain or that specific email address.

How can I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information online by clicking the Update Billing Information link on the My Account page (login required). If you'd rather speak to someone, you can call us at 888-722-5235 between 7am and 5pm Pacific, Monday - Friday.

Can I change my billing plan?

We don't have online support for billing plan changes at this time, but our customer support staff will be happy to take care of it for you. Just email us at customerservice@projectconnections.com or call us at 888-722-5235 with your change request.

What is ProjectConnections' cancellation policy?

If you cancel your subscription, you will have Premium access until the end of your current subscription period, and will not be automatically renewed on your expiration date. (You can check your expiration date using the Subscription Status page, available from the My Account page when you are logged in.) After that expiration date, you will automatically revert to free Standard Member access. If you cancel during your free trial period, your Premium access will expire immediately and your card will never be billed.

ProjectConnections Premium subscriptions renew automatically, but there is no minimum subscription term. What is ProjectConnections' refund policy for web subscriptions?

As a general rule, ProjectConnections subscriptions are non-refundable, even if the account has not been used during the subscription period. We feel that our free trial provides ample time for you to test the site, the content, and the performance to insure that all of them meet with your satisfaction before you are charged a thing, and the monthly subscription option allows you to pay a small amount for Premium access as you go, and cancel your membership any time. If you have any difficulties with the site, or if you believe you have an extenuating circumstance that merits a refund, please call Customer Support at 888-722-5235, or email us at customerservice@projectconnections.com.

What do I do if I suspect a problem with my bill?

Call us at 888-722-5235 between 7am and 5pm Monday through Friday (Pacific Time), or email customerservice@projectconnections.com with your username and let us know your problem. We'll help you sort it out as quickly as possible.
