Are you settling for risk management that's really just "good enough"?

Take the next step toward Risk Management excellence! In this follow-up webinar, leading author, presenter, and risk management expert Carl Pritchard walks you through 5 more risk management traits your organization should cultivate, and explains how to do it.

  • Learn about the importance of concrete risk tolerances, and when to consider fudging them.
  • Know when to run the numbers, and when to ignore them.
  • Discover how to predict your project's future by watching the present and the past

Carl Pritchard literally wrote the book on organizational risk management, and he knows what it takes to move your organization's risk management practice from good to excellent. If you're responsible for any aspect of risk management in your organization, or if you have to live with the consequences, you need to understand these principles. You don't have to be an expert or a guru; anyone with a basic exposure to project management can benefit from the new perspectives on gathering and sharing risk information in this powerful workshop.
